Early Mountain Vineyards is an award-winning wine distributor, travel destination, and wedding venue located in the foothills of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Established in 2011 by Jean and Steve Case, the former CEO of AOL, the vineyards were founded as a social enterprise with a rich sense of place and purpose.

Challenge

We were excited to work with a company so committed to Virginia’s industry, helping bring our region to the forefront of the world’s wine community. Our challenge was creating a multi-faceted identity for Early Mountain Vineyards, representing its sophisticated approach to estate-grown wine.

Solution

We listened to our client and emphasized details at every turn. A warm, inviting color palette encourages visitors to the vineyard and its online presence. Tasteful application of white space, minimal product packaging, and quality photography are key components of the brand, creating a high-end, professional look that resonates with their demographic.
