Jesse Randall, our founder and President/Chief Creative Officer, has emphasized working hard and delivering quality since opening the doors of Randall Branding Agency in 2011. Our current location in Shockoe Slip places us at the hub of Richmond’s creative community, where we continue to grow each year.
What began as a one-man shop has developed into a team of like-minded creatives committed to furthering Jesse’s vision. As our client portfolio grew, Randall Branding Agency doubled its size in 2016. Today’s team is passionate about intelligent branding solutions, all-things Richmond, and an occasional game of ping-pong.

Brent was born and raised on planet earth, and he graduated from the graphic design department at VCU in 2012. When working on a project, he uses form, color and typography to create order and beauty. He likes that certain things – like leather jackets – become more beautiful as they naturally patina and age. In his free time Brent writes songs and plays guitar in a band. He dreams of becoming a fully operational human being.
Carsen wants to live in a world where free wi-fi is everywhere, clothing magically repels pet hair, and pizza is calorie-free. He’s been coding websites since the 90s, when the “GeoCities personal homepage” was still a thing, though he likes to think he’s improved a little since then. He had the honor of being invited to come back and teach web design and development at his alma mater, Lynchburg College. When Carsen’s not behind a computer, you might find him doing improv on the stage of ComedySportz Richmond, cooking delicious food mainly for the Instagram photos, or desperately trying to figure out what his shetland sheepdog, Zeke, is trying to tell him.
