Charleston Ridge Apartments Case Study - Randall Branding Agency

Building Charleston Ridge Apartments’ brand from the ground up

Charleston Ridge Apartments contracted Randall Branding for website development as well as an overall brand strategy, to include collateral, logo, and signage. We loved working with this amazing client and everyone was happy with the result. Read the case study and let us know what you think!

Built by an established local developer, Charleston Ridge Apartments are the first of their kind in Hanover County. The community filled a gap in Hanover’s bleak luxury apartment market with a $1 million state-of-the-art clubhouse, designer pool and contemporary apartments with high-end amenities. The luxury apartment complex had their grand opening in October 2016.

Challenge

Charter Realty & Development, the group responsible for Kings Charter, a large neighborhood with various home types and prices in Hanover County, approached us to brand their new apartment complex from scratch. Their target luxury clientele normally gravitates toward areas like Short Pump, so our goal was to put Hanover County on the map and market Charleston Ridge as a convenient and elegant place to live.

Solution

A timeless and refined brand identity was created for Charleston Ridge Apartments. We designed a complete visual style, including a logo, print collateral, and signage. Additionally, we developed a website that would showcase their floor plans and amenities. An Adwords Search and Display campaign has been running with consistent success, resulting in a high volume of leasing inquiries.
